New Podcast
I missed posting a few epiosdes of Cooking for One with Katy so go here to catch up. Here are two of the latest (one is just outtakes).
hey--i came across this on c jane's blog and i have watched it a million times and even posted it on my blog. we have something in common---i am also trying to live and eat according to the intuitive eating book. i have even been to the center for change eating disorder clinic in orem to be treated for binge eating and emotional eating. anyway, i'm not creepy and would love to talk with you about your experiences sometime. email me if you are interested. does this seem really forward and bizarre?
