- Blog about chapter 8 (check - see previous post)
- 8 glasses of water a day
- Try to add veges to foods I'm already eating (sandwiches, salads, pastas)
- Bike once a week
- Swim once a week
- Read chapter 13
- Sign off card for stopping at 6.5 and taking 20 minutes to eat
- Do my best while out of town this next week
- access the Food Anthropologist voice and make observations and NO judgments
- Try to exercise but do not feel guilty if I can't find time

Goals for the next 3 weeks
My next appointment with J isn't for three weeks because I'm going out town all next week for work and it kinda threw the schedule off a bit. Here are my goals for this period of time:

I think it's great you're drinking more water. I'll bet you feel more energetic, too. It seems like when I'm hydrated I just function better.
And then the other day I enjoyed a diet coke with my Cafe Rio salad. I hadn't had one in months and it tasted soooooooo good. Everything in moderation.
